1Challenge

It was necessary to replace the non-insulated wires A-50 with protected SIP-3 1*70, replace porcelain insulators with PSHI-20 and LK-70/20, install new traverses, RLND-10kV, transformer substation-10kV and packaged transformer substation-10kV in the Chim-Bulak and Taldy-Bulak areas, where the work was carried out next to the rocks and without access roads.

2Solution

Dismantling of old A-50 wires, porcelain insulators and traverses, subsequent installation of new M-3 traverses (21 pcs.), protected wires SIP-3 1*70 (9 km in Chim-Bulak, 4 km in Taldy-Bulak), new RLND-10kV (15 pcs. and 4 pcs.), insulators PShi-20 (300 pcs. and 150 pcs.) and linear polymer insulators LK-70/20 (33 pcs. and 21 pcs.), as well as dismantling and installation of transformer substation-10kV "ABK" and packaged transformer substation-10kV "Boiler Room".

3Scope of work

  2. 2Dismantling of uninsulated wires А-50 and installation of protected wires СИП-3 1*70 from pole No2 to pole 105 Chim-Bulak 9 km
  3. 3Dismantling of РЛНД-10кВ and installation of new РЛНД-10кВ in the amount of 15 pcs. in Chim-Bulak
  4. 4Dismantling of porcelain insulators and installation of insulators ПШИ-20 in the amount of 300 pieces; and installation of linear polymer insulators ЛК-70/20 in the amount of 33 pieces in "Chim-Bulak"
  5. 5Dismantling and installation of ТП-10кВ "ABK" and КТП-10кВ "Boiler Room"
  6. 6Dismantling of porcelain insulators and installation of insulators ПШИ-20 in the amount of 150 pieces; and installation of linear polymer insulators ЛК-70/20 in the amount of 21 pieces in "Taldy-Bulak"
  7. 7Dismantling of uninsulated wires А-50 and installation of protected wires СИП-3 1*70 from pole No1 to pole 55 "Taldy-Bulak" 4 km

Result

Commissioning was carried out; the customer received completely updated power supply lines with protected wires and a new set of insulators that meet the requirements of reliability in difficult mountain conditions.
